The managed service is divided into three clear parts. The signed scope confirms the final details for each lounge.
Customer experience

- Accounts, bookings, and hour bundles
- QR tickets and check-in
Owner operations
- Owner and employee dashboards
- Initial setup, launch, and reasonable data transition
- Agreed connection to the current lounge system
Managed infrastructure and care
- Standard hosting, database, transactional email, and domain renewal
- Monitoring, backups, and security maintenance
- Support and agreed offer, price, event, image, and website-copy updates
Everything listed in the signed scope is covered by the monthly EL3AB fee. There is no separate setup, launch, migration, or custom-integration price when that work is included.
PAID DIRECTLY TO OTHER PROVIDERS
Only these usage or existing-software costs stay separate
These are not additional EL3AB service fees. They are charged by payment, messaging, or software providers when applicable.
Payment processing
If customers pay online, the payment gateway may deduct a percentage or transaction fee. The cafe pays that provider charge directly.
SMS and WhatsApp usage
If the cafe uses SMS or WhatsApp, the messaging provider charges for actual usage. The cafe pays that provider directly.
Existing lounge software
The cafe keeps paying its current PC-management, accounting, or other existing software subscription directly to its current vendor.
These provider charges are not part of EL3AB's EGP 17,500 invoice. No new paid provider is activated without written approval.
