There is no separate setup, launch, migration, or custom-integration price when that work is included in the signed scope.
PASS-THROUGH COSTS
External usage costs, explained plainly
Some services are supplied by independent providers and charge according to real usage. They are not hidden inside the EL3AB fee.
Payment processing
The payment provider may charge a percentage or transaction fee whenever a customer pays online.
Messages and verification
Email, SMS, or WhatsApp providers may charge by message, recipient, or monthly allowance as customer volume grows.
Domain and online capacity
Annual domain renewal and any hosting, storage, or traffic above a free allowance remain tied to the cafe's actual needs.
Third-party operating tools
Any license charged by the cafe's existing PC-management, accounting, or external service provider stays the cafe's responsibility.
No external paid service is activated without written approval. Wherever practical, the cafe owns the provider account and pays the provider directly. Any taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees are shown separately.
