What this website collects
When you request a consultation or demo, we may collect the lounge name, your name, email address, Egyptian phone number, city, current cafe-management setup, preferred contact method, notes, language, and basic enquiry source information.
What this website does not collect
The public EL3AB marketing website does not request national ID numbers, card details, customer passwords, or cafe customer databases.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare a relevant consultation, prevent duplicate submissions, understand demand, and maintain a record of the business conversation.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are automatically deleted 90 days after submission unless EL3AB must retain a specific record for a documented legal obligation. A verified deletion request may remove the record earlier.
Sharing and external providers
Information is available only to authorized EL3AB personnel who need it for the enquiry and to service providers needed to operate the website or contact you. Access is currently owner-only and may later be granted to selected employees. Providers are limited to the purpose for which they are used.

To ask about, correct, or delete your enquiry information, email el3ab.socials@gmail.com from the address used in the enquiry with the subject Privacy request and include the lounge name. EL3AB may confirm the submitted phone number before acting and aims to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
